Job Description:
Cybrix 360 AI is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive to contribute to our business growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software marketing and business development, with a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and assess potential clients’ needs to align them with Cybrix 360 AI’s product offerings.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of Cybrix 360 AI’s AI-based products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI sector.
- Utilize market insights to inform sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and refine product positioning.
5. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback to senior management.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on software or technology solutions. Experience in AI is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
